Event Pricing
See our transparent pricing below BUT first - what's included at our venue and available for your use at your event or social gathering?

- 24 handmade farm tables and 200 classic wooden bentwood chairs
- a custom built bar & five french cocktail tables
- an event attendant to answer any questions
- setup & breakdown of tables & a customized floor plan for your event
- an on site kitchenette prep area & dishwashing station for your caterer
- heating & air conditioning
- a projector and screen

Important Things to Note Before Booking:
​
- Typically, the first hour of your rental time is used for decorating/vendor setup and the last hour of your rental time is used for cleanup.
​
- The floorplan will already be set up prior to your arrival.
​
-We do allow clients to bring in their own food for events up to 50 guests BUT to guarantee a
successful event, we do require a licensed caterer for events over 50 guests.
​
- We do not include china, glassware or flatware for events.
​
- Bar packages are available for your review here.

- Hosting a business meeting? See our upgrades here.

- Additional hours are available for $100.

LOOKING FOR A SMALLER MORE INTIMATE SPACE?
We host micro events for less than 20 guests in Studio 204 / 205 at a lower rate of $90 per hour.
We do require a tour first to book our micro event space.
This option is perfect for hosting classes, workshops, tiny baby and bridal showers,
corporate meetings, and small private dinners. Please inquire within.
